I am a mother of 3 gorgeous children – 8 months, 3 years and 5 years.
I am a career woman – I work full-time.
I have that guilt-complex that all full-time working mothers have.
Not enough time.
For me. For my kids. For my husband. For my friends. For my job.
One thing I really struggle with is inspiration when it comes to my children’s food. I keep a list of what they eat each day and looking over this list, I’ve realised that my children eat the same things fairly regularly. So, I’ve started this blog as:
1) a way of forcing myself to be more creative in the food my children eat
2) make contact with other mothers who can share their suggestions and recipes
3) build a repository of meals and recipes for others to use when they feel uninspired
The only ‘rule’ is that the dishes suggested, are simple, quick and easy to prepare. And ideally healthy!
